March 16, 2018

The defendant, a 26 year old woman, was convicted of having sexual intercourse with a 14 year old boy and one further count of arranging or facilitating a child sex offence.

The trial lasted 4-days at Woodgreen Crown Court.

Sentence has been adjourned pending the completion of a pre-sentence report although HHJ Greenberg QC, the trial judge, warned the defendant that a custodial sentence was inevitable.
