Jeremy Benson QC secures the acquittal of second defendant in the M25 Cobham Services Murder case

The defendants denied murder, saying that they had confronted the victim to clear the air, and further claimed that their actions that had led to the death of the victim was in self-defence.  CCTV was used during the trial.

The jury returned a Not Guilty verdict in two days.
