Co-Head of Chambers Gillian Jones QC speaks at the Fraud Lawyer’s Association

Following KBR’s recent success in the Supreme Court the Young Fraud Lawyer’s Association [YFLA] and Fraud Lawyer’s Association [FLA] came together to organise a ‘Virtual Educational’ event on 8 April 2021. Gillian Jones QC joined an expert panel exploring the wide-ranging implications of the much written about Supreme Court judgment, including what it means for the future of international criminal investigations and mutual legal assistance.

In addition, the panel considered what impact the judgment may have on recent and future legislation and if the case will have a wider impact on civil or regulatory proceedings.
