Chambers is delighted to welcome Jonathan Sandiford QC to Chambers as an associate tenant.
Having prosecuted a number of large scale, high profile web based scams including corporate dishonesty and regulatory offences, Jonathan will be bringing this experience to bear as he extends his practice in trading standards and additional areas of regulatory advice and advocacy work for prosecution and defence. He was noted in the Legal 500 for his strong track record in trading standards cases.
Prior to taking Silk earlier this year, Jonathan has built his reputation as a first class advocate with 25 years experience in complex and sensitive cases which includes a substantial prosecution practice in terrorism, fraud, money laundering, corruption, serious and organised crime. He said:
