Kate Bex QC talked to Radio 5 Live and BBC Radio London about the government’s new rules for travellers returning from ‘red list’ countries.

This follows Health Secretary Matt Hancock’s announcement in the Houses of Parliament of a fine of up to £10,000 and maximum sentence of 10 years in prison for anyone who lies about returning from a ‘red list’ country.
