RASSO Prosecutors Noel Casey leading junior Dan Taylor secure convictions of Cambridgeshire paramedic

January 13, 2021

Noel Casey, leading junior, and Dan Taylor, both RASSO prosecutors, have secured convictions at Peterborough Crown Court following the four week trial of a Cambridgeshire paramedic who committed rapes and sexual assaults in both his professional and private life. The trial followed an extensive police investigation that commenced when the defendant raped a vulnerable patient in her own home where he attended as a single-crewed paramedic, and developed as more historic matters emerged in relation to his personal life, and to his conduct with the Ambulance Service and the St John’s Ambulance Brigade.
