RLC continues its successful relationship with Beyond Borders Scotland, a not-for profit organisation, dedicated to facilitating dialogue and international cultural exchange. Beyond Borders provides a platform to cultural leaders from around the world to exchange experiences, in an effort to promote understanding and help reduce conflict. RLC hosted His Excellency Hussain Bin Ali Al Hilali, Attorney General of the Sultanate of Oman, Abdul Rahim Qasim Al Farsi, Director General of Drugs, Royal Omani Police and three senior members of the Office of the Public Prosecution in a discussion about tackling drug trafficking and the proceeds of crime.
