RLC member Edward Renvoize has been appointed a Recorder assigned to the South Eastern Circuit.

The Queen has appointed 118 Recorders, on the advice of the Lord Chancellor, The Right Honourable Robert Buckland QC MP and the Lord Chief Justice of England and Wales, The Right Honourable The Lord Burnett of Maldon.

Edward Renvoize was called to the Bar in 2004 and specialises in serious criminal work with a particular focus on fraud and organised crime cases.
For 2 years, Edward worked as an attorney in the Cayman Islands, where his work combined the duties of solicitor and advocate. He has also worked in Nigeria to assist with developing a program for specialised anti-terrorist prosecutors. He joined Red Lion Chambers in March 2020.

His appointment took effect from 12 October 2020.
