Supplement to 5th edition of Arlidge, Eady and Smith on Contempt published.

The first supplement to the 5^th edition of Arlidge, Eady and Smith on Contempt was published on 23^rd October 2019.  Edited by Patricia Londono, with Sir David Eady and Professor ATH Smith, the supplement brings the law up to date to June 2019, and includes coverage of recent high profile cases such as that of Tommy Robinson (Att-Gen v Yaxley Lennon[2019] EWHC 1791 (Admin)).  Further updates include clarification about the availability of, and access to, legal aid for those finding themselves suddenly confronted by a committal application following Re CH and CT[2018] EWHC 1310 (Fam).
